Oily Type Transformers
It is used to cover cooling and insulation material in oily type transformers. Transformers up to 3150 kVA depending on the cooling surface are manufactured with wave wall and transformers with bigger power are manufactured as radiator boiler. CNC-controlled plasma and wave wall machines are used in boiler manufacture. Welding processes of boilers are made with CNC-controlled robots. In manufacturing of hatches of transformers, CNC-controlled plasma machines are used and welding processes of hatches are made with CNC-controlled robots. We produce standard-quality products by minimizing human errors with CNC-controlled robots. Boilers of which installation and welding processes have been completed are exposed to the impermeability test under pressure according to IEC standards.
Vacuum resistance of wave walled boilers are designed to be 0,65 bars and the same of radiator boilers are designed to be 1 bar. Painting process is completed according to the relevant standards. Boilers of which manufactures are completed according to customer demands are exposed to sanding process. Painting process is completed according to relevant standards. Boiler hatch is designed to stick out coil ends.
Dry Type Transformers
High voltage coils are casted and poured in a controlled and resin controlled way prepared with certain rates and processes and hardened with certain heating periods in order to get a void-free structure in the furnace under vacuum. So, operation life of dry type transformers are very long with very low partial discharge value.
